Nagoya, Japan
A web studio in Nagoya, Japan.
Websites, online stores, Japanese marketplace listings, design, print and photography — plus AI that takes the busywork off your team. We work with clients outside Japan, in English.
01 — Japan
Japanese marketplaces have their own rules — required product fields, category wording, image formats, review processes. Overseas brands usually stall there, not at logistics. We run our own stores on Yahoo! Shopping and Amazon every day, so we know what passes review, what gets found in search, and how a product page has to read in Japanese to be trusted.
Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping and Amazon Japan. We write the product data, translate and localise the copy, prepare the images, and handle the submission.
Not a machine translation of your English page. We rewrite for the Japanese buyer — what they check before buying is not what your home market checks.
Brand site and online store built to match, so a customer who lands from a marketplace still sees the same brand.
You talk to us in English. We handle everything on the Japanese side. No agency chain, no time lost in translation.
02 — Services
We are a studio, not a broker. Web, AI, marketplaces, design and photography are all handled by the same team — and we run our own online stores in Japan alongside client work.
Not just something that looks good. Something that sells.
Websites, brand sites and online stores — planned, designed and built in one place. We start by working out who you are talking to and what they need to hear, so the site does something after it launches. Ongoing maintenance and improvement included.
Before you hire, let AI do it.
We map where your team's hours actually go, separate out what AI can take over, and build it into something that runs every day. AI only helps when the instructions are right, and getting them right takes someone who knows the work — we run our own e-commerce, logistics and systems, so the advice is not theoretical.
Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon Japan.
Store pages, product data, translation and listing submission. We sell on these platforms ourselves, so we know the rules that are not written down.
Keep the brand consistent past the screen.
Logos, business cards, flyers, packaging and branded merchandise. Designed alongside the website so everything looks like it came from the same company.
Change the photo and the same product sells differently.
Product, portrait and location shooting in-house, framed for where the images will actually be used — web, marketplace and social.
03 — AI
One more employee costs you a salary every year. Separate out the work AI can take over, and that money goes into product and marketing instead of payroll. Here is what actually changed when we did it in our own company.
Work that used to be re-typed by hand for every order now runs automatically. A person only checks the result.
Shipment status and daily task requests are handled from a phone, anywhere. Nobody has to be back at a desk to know what is going on.
AI drafts the groundwork for design and code; people spend their time on judgement and finish. Same team, more projects.
We added a new sales channel without adding an administrator. What grows is the system, not the payroll.

05 — Why us
We run our own online stores in Japan. That means we can talk about margins, platform fees and operations — not only design.
Listing, review, search, customer expectations. We deal with these every day for our own products, not as second-hand knowledge.
No coordinating three vendors across a time zone. One team, one brief, one consistent result.
Bring us a rough idea. We will tell you what it needs and what it costs before anything is signed.
06 — Process
Tell us what you are trying to solve. First consultation and quote are free.
We map out what is needed, propose a structure, and quote it.
You review real screens and we refine from there.
We build it. Photography, if needed, happens at this stage.
Tested, launched, and handed over with an explanation of how to use it.
Updates, maintenance and traffic improvement. This is where the real work starts.
